Registration fees

All below registration fees are 21 % VAT included.

• Attendance fee / 890 EUR
• Attendance fee for speaker, committee member / 590 EUR
• Attendance fee for students / 400 EUR
• Attendance fee for members of ATZK / 590 EUR
• Early bird attendance fee (registration before March 31, 2025) / 790 EUR
• Additional ticket for “Gala dinner” (for an accompanying person) / 150 EUR

Conference Registration Fees include

• Attend on all sessions and on the exhibition
• Social event on June 4, 2025
• Gala dinner on June 5, 2025
• Conference electronic proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches

For cancellations, please send a written notification to the Conference Secretary. In case of absence at the conference, the fee is non-refundable. The proceedings will be sent to the participant.

Payment

• by bank transfer – proforma invoice, to the order of ATZK, z.s  – Association for the Heat Treatment of Metals by registration form

After the registration you will receive a confirmation and proforma invoice. Payments by bank transfer have to be made within two weeks after receipt of invoice.

All prices include 21 % VAT. Prices will be converted into EUR according to the current exchange rate.

The conference fee includes the attendance of all sessions, lunch and refreshments during the conference, one social event, one gala dinner, one conference proceedings in an electronic version. After the registration you will receive a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice. The cash payment isn't possible. The conference fee won't be refunded in case of participant's absence.
